I experienced the changing scenery of Wilbrod street from the confines of my university studio for eight months. These photographs embody the movement and stillness of a secluded sector in the heart of the city, one that seemed distant from the chaos at the time. The paint references the tonalities of the red building on Wilbrod street, but also represents a loss of information that is no longer present within the image.

Acrylic paint on silver gelatin prints, varies from 3.5” x 5” to 5.5” x 6.5”
